Experience our Great Barrier Reef in all it’s natural beauty on-board the evolutionary T5. Super slick T5 is TUSA Dive’s latest custom built reef craft and is designed with ultimate comfort in mind for day cruising, diving, and snorkelling.
Special features include hydraulically lowered water level platforms, huge dive deck, and internal and external lounge style seating throughout. Locally owned TUSA Dive have access to more than 16 outer reef sites, and are specialists in day tours to the reef with more than 20 years experience. T5 departs daily from Cairns. A 90 Minute journey to the outer reef will see you at the first of the day's two dive sites, selected from a range of 16. Sites are chosen as the optimum locations for the weather conditions, and change daily, so each day will bring you a whole new underwater adventure.
Diving - Certified and Introductory - and Snorkelling are all on offer at the reef, where 5 hours allows plenty of time to enjoy water and topside activities. The day will include Marine Interpretation talks, guided snorkel tours, and underwater photography briefs. Lunch is a divine buffet of fresh and healthy food.
DAY TRIP ITINERARY
- 8:00am daily departure from E Finger, Marlin Marina, Cairns
- 90 minute trip to outer reefs
- 4 to 5 hours at the reef at two unique locations
- Certified divers – Choice of 2 or 3 dives
- Introductory Divers – Choice of 1 or 2 dives
- 4.00 – 4.30pm return to Cairns
